UnionTies Community & Moderation Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
UnionTies is a community for union workers. Everyone who posts, comments, lists, messages, or otherwise contributes content agrees to follow this policy. You must accept this policy before your first post.
What is not allowed
Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, fraud or scams, illegal content, malware, spam, or another member's private personal information. Do not use UnionTies to undermine the safety of members or to misrepresent your union affiliation.
Respect verification and trust
Many member features require union or local verification. Posting, marketplace, jobs, messaging, and dating are reserved for verified members in good standing. Do not attempt to bypass verification or trust limits.
Reporting and enforcement
Members can report content and accounts. Admins and moderators review reports and may warn members, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, and keep audit logs to protect the community. Decisions can be appealed through the in-app compliance request workflow.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you post and for confirming details before acting on marketplace, job, or housing posts. UnionTies is not a broker, employer, landlord, or payment processor.
